If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy, which begins the day you receive your item.
Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, pristine condition: unworn, unused, with all original tags and labels attached, and returned in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Initiating Your Return
To start a return, please contact us at help@primeindoors.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, we cannot accept items sent back to us without first requesting a return.

Damages, Defects, or Issues
Your satisfaction is paramount. Please inspect your order carefully upon receiving it. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Fabric Flaws: Any snags, pulls, unexpected discoloration, or blemishes in the fabric.
Construction Defects: Issues with the stitching, a detached keeper loop (the small loop that holds the tie tail), or imperfections in the shape or lining.
Color or Pattern Discrepancies: If the color or pattern of the tie you received is significantly different from its depiction on our website.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures you can secure your desired tie without delay.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at help@primeindoors.com. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already shipped, you will need to initiate a return once you receive it.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at help@primeindoors.com.
